Never underestimate the power of holding that special someone's hand. I don't see a lot of couples doing that these days. That's a shame, since it's one of the simplest forms of bonding, and it can mean so much on an emotional level.
My Wife and I have known each other since we were teenagers. Our dating history was... combative, so holding hands was really a non-issue for us. We eventually got back together once we were ready for each other.
Now? We hold hands at some point practically every day. Maybe we're just making up for lost time. And we're still giddy as children about it almost two decades in.
