Despite its near monopoly on PC computers, I still don't get Microsoft. It's not like they're new out of the gate in this whole software and internet gig. When you tell me I can't connect to the internet, don't you think it's rubbing salt in the wound when you have a pop up that says 'check online for a solution'?
