Word Of The Day

I love pub food. We don't have enough traditional pubs in my neck of the woods. It's comfort food. There's nothing like scarfing down Bangers and Mash with a nice pint of Guinness. I had the chance to do this with my stepdaughter recently. We made a day of shopping together at 'The Mall'. Or West Edmonton Mall as we call it in Edmonton.

I had the Shepherd's Pie and she tried the Steak and Mushroom Pie. She didn't know going into it what to expect, as she's grown up mainly on McDonald's and Tim Hortons.

From her reaction, I think I've converted another to the pub food fold...
