I went to a Robert Burns Dinner recently and had the Haggis. And loved it.

Most people are revolted by the concept of Haggis, and I don't blame them, when you consider what's in it, and how it's prepared. By the same token, people will eat liver and onions, and steak and kidney pie.

Personally, I can't stand oysters. They look horrible. They smell horrible. But my wife would buy them in bulk at Superstore if she could and binge on them. But then she turns around and complains about Haggis.

Perhaps next time she eats and oyster and wants to suck face, I'll down a helping of Haggis. Oysters and Haggis. Sounds romantic.
